A young guy who took immense pride in his craft, wasn’t the “norm” in this industry...⁠

What's your story?

I grew up as one of four boys in my family’s stair building and millwork manufacturing business.⁠

Some of my earliest memories of my childhood takes place visiting dad at work, being in the shop environment. ⁠

As I grew older, my summers were spent working in the shop. ⁠

After graduating in 2004 I transitioned to a full time stair installer. ⁠

It wasn’t until my early 20’s I began to realize I, a young guy who took immense pride in his craft, wasn’t the “norm” in this industry and there was a huge opportunity for success.⁠

As I began to grow tired of specializing in stairs I wanted more...

I had a vision to start a company that could become something different than what I had viewed as the norm growing up in the industry. ⁠

We could handle the entire trim and millwork package from design to build, with a young, passionate and likeminded team. ⁠

I knew that if this would ever be a reality, it would take relentless dedication to not only craftsmanship but investing and leading those who would believe.

Our mission, is allowing us to build and train our own “brand” of carpenters.⁠
